Motion Recruitment A growing service-based company in Louisville, KY, is seeking an

Office Administrator

to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support field and internal teams. In this role, you'll take the lead in coordinating technician schedules, managing customer communications, handling incoming orders, and processing warranty repair paperwork. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and is comfortable wearing many hats throughout the day.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience as an Office Administrator Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to act quickly, think on your feet, and juggle multiple tasks at once Comfortable managing technician schedules, answering phones, and coordinating with customers

Daily Responsibilities Include

Checking and responding to emails promptly at the start of the day Scheduling service technicians and coordinating customer appointments Taking and processing customer orders Managing incoming warranty repair documentation Providing administrative support to the internal team and leadership
