Act as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete projects with assigned customers in a safe and cost-effective manner. Perform or delegate tasks to execute and complete assigned projects including hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning, and project closeout. Be responsible for the overall financial results of assigned projects including costs, project billings, and collections; maintain customer satisfaction and profitable, accurate project financial results. Actively pursue selling change orders and coordinate communication with the customer during all phases of the project. Ensure proper execution of warranty and provide work direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administration as necessary. Ensure work performed complies with AHJ and applicable Local, State, and Federal requirements; uphold Johnson Controls’ safety standards. Support the local office structure and collaborate with markets/regions to deliver projects, retrofit, and performance contracting initiatives. Design installation hardware and software using established standards and communicate design and operation to customers and team members. Pursue additional work through change orders; evaluate scope changes and communicate technical and business implications to clients. Manage material selection, ordering, budget, and delivery schedule via our web-based tool process. Coordinate pricing and availability from outside vendors and subcontractors; oversee subcontractor payment and billing processes. Provide site coordination for panel and field device locations and ensure installation aligns with Johnson Controls standards. Load, verify, and commission system controllers; validate full system functionality and provide as-built and commissioning documentation. Manage project costs, billings, and collections; maintain profitability and cash flow through best practices. Provide coaching and technical assistance to System Technicians, Electrical Installers, and System Designers, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and within contract scope. Communicate project status to management and provide monthly revenue, cost, and gross margin forecasts. Issue warranty letters upon substantial project completion and ensure proper warranty execution. Develop and coordinate project plans and resources for timely and cost-effective installation and completion. Provide site-specific training for owner/operator on the total system and deliver necessary documentation and manuals. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, clients, consultants, and subcontractors; participate in job progress meetings as required. Coordinate with Project Engineers on bundled jobs to deliver cost-efficient solutions that exceed customer expectations. Adhere to all safety standards and prioritize employee and subcontractor safety. What We Look For

For LSS I:

Minimum of a technical Associates Degree with two years of field experience or four years of equivalent related field experience. Experience with Access Control, Fire, Video, and/or systems design and commissioning. Appropriate licensing, certifications, and relevant hands-on experience. Ability to work independently. Strong PC skills. Knowledge of project accounting, costing principles, and contracting preferred. For LSS II:

All of the above with a minimum of a technical Associates Degree and four years of field experience or six years of equivalent related field experience in the industry. Employment type
