Your Role Depending on experience level, you will: Manage and drive litigation matters from intake through resolution Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice Lead client strategy sessions and settlement discussions Supervise drafting staff and mentor junior team members Collaborate within high-performance legal “pods” supported by paralegals, assistants, and offshore professionals Requirements Litigation experience (1+ years for Associate level; 8+ for Senior/Partner-Track) Exceptional writing, advocacy, and communication skills Tech-savvy and organized; comfortable with structured systems and KPIs Entrepreneurial, accountable, and committed to excellence The Bay Legal, PC Difference At Bay Legal, PC, you’ll join a team that’s
