Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on foreclosure procedures and documentation. Review and analyze client and loan documents, title searches, and legal pleadings. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and memoranda. Attend hearings and settlement conferences as required. Communicate case statuses and developments to clients. Respond promptly to communications from various stakeholders. Escalate matters when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to manage priorities in a high-volume environment. Effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Self-starter with initiative. Education
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications
Licensed and in good standing in California; additional state licenses are a plus. Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 2-5 years of litigation experience; experience with secured creditors is a plus. Knowledge of BKFS LoanSphere Default, Sagent Tempo, etc., is a plus.
