*This is an in-person position Alta Cima Corp dba Factory Select Homes is a leading retailer of manufactured homes, established in 1999, committed to offering high-quality, affordable factory-built homes. We seek DRIVEN, SELF-DIRECTED, and ENTHUSIASTIC individuals! Training is provided, along with plentiful leads. Compensation includes base salary + commissions, with opportunities for bonuses within the first 30 days and uncapped earning potential. Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off Company-provided life insurance 401(k) plan Short- & Long-Term Disability Duties and Responsibilities: Answer questions about our products Invite customers to our sales center Conduct factory or virtual tours Assist customers in customizing their homes Maintain communication with prospective buyers Provide price estimates and product info Make the home buying process enjoyable Be a team player and provide excellent customer experience Minimum Qualifications: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM, emails, website navigation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Sales license (may be required or obtained within 90 days) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent phone skills Retail sales experience preferred but not required Basic math skills Adhere to the 5 B's: Be Professional, Be Productive, Be Organized, Be Focused, Be Great If you possess a positive attitude, drive, and ambition to earn between $75,000 and $100,000 annually (with top performer potential), this is an excellent opportunity for you! Saturdays are required; sales centers are closed on Sundays. The schedule includes one weekday off and Sunday off. About Alta Cima Corp:
