Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education. Strong knowledge of early childhood development and educational standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for curriculum improvements. Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for fostering children's learning. Certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software tools.
