As a Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you will join a premier, fee-based, and non-discretionary investment advisory team, providing clients with personalized service, ongoing advice, and a fiduciary relationship based on Schwab’s investing philosophy. You will have a direct impact on clients’ lives by helping them manage complex portfolios using a broad range of products, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and options. You will work within an experienced, collaborative team, deepen relationships with industry-leading advisors, and have opportunities to mentor junior team members. What you have Required Qualifications: CFP or CFA designation Bachelor’s degree Active FINRA Series 7 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment) Active FINRA Series 66 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment) Five or more years of advisory experience, including developing and customizing financial plans and portfolios for clients Preferred Qualifications: At least five years of direct client experience in the financial services industry (highly preferred) This role is salary-based and also eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.
