GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Store Finance Analyst will support core G&A financial processes and lead critical financial analysis for the Store Finance team. The Finance Analyst will report to the Director of Store Finance. This position will manage critical financial processes like month-end close, forecast, budget, 5-year plan and perform ad-hoc requests. This position will be required to regularly partner and interact with Store Finance Leadership. The base salary range for this role is $68,640 - $97,450. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Support G&A Accounts for Stores Corporate and Field teams Facilitate month-end close by reviewing actual activity relative to what is budgeted or forecasted Support the development of the G&A budget and 5-year plan Maintain Field and Corporate workload / complexity models to help Stores Leadership make informed organization structure decisions Lead and provide support for other analysis and reporting as needed COMPETENCIES:

Communicates Effectively Ensures Accountability & Execution Manages Work Processes Organizational Agility Collaboration Analysis and Judgement Leading by Example Plans, Aligns & Prioritizes QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree required (preferably in an analytical field) Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience, with planning and forecasting experience desirable A clear understanding of basic financial concepts Detail oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Strong analytical ability Ability to cope with pressure, multiple tasks, deadlines and rapidly changing priorities Build relationships with a wide variety of internal contacts Expertise with Microsoft Excel PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:

Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
