We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to collaborate with clients in gathering and analyzing business requirements, enhancing processes, and delivering data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will support cross-functional initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure operational excellence within a fast-paced environment. This role is especially suited for candidates with 1+ years of experience, preferably in financial services or consulting. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and objectives Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement Develop and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders Assist in the design and implementation of systems and processes to improve client operations Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations Work with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance to ensure project success Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes for compliance and competitiveness Facilitate client workshops and meetings to drive consensus and informed decisions Support development of financial models and forecasts for strategic planning Required Skills:

1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong analytical abilities with experience in working with complex data sets Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong organizational and multitasking skills Preferred Skills:

Experience in the financial services or consulting industry Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus Certifications:
