Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you! What You Will Do
In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use our state of the art video communication software to interact with customers, and you will document interactions to maintain accurate records. Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Pay ranges vary by location and are based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Example ranges include Bay Area CA $28.80 - $36.50, Southern CA $28.80 - $36.50, Colorado $27.50 - $34.80, Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50, Illinois $27.50 - $34.80, Maryland $27.50 - $34.80, Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50, Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30, New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50, New York $28.80 - $36.50, Ohio $24.80 - $30.30, Vermont $27.50 - $34.80, Washington $28.80 - $36.50, Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50.
