The Role Solera is seeking a detail-oriented, organized Accounts Payable Manager for the North America region. The role involves processing vendor invoices accurately and timely, developing monitoring programs to ensure KPIs are maintained, managing AP aging reports, and supporting month-end reconciliations. The manager will also help develop and document processes and oversee staff performance. The role reports to the Director of Global Procure to Pay.

What You’ll Do

Review, code, and process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with company policies and resolve invoice discrepancies.

Review vendor aging reports for accuracy and resolve issues.

Support month-end reconciliation, account reconciliations, and audits.

Ensure staff are properly equipped and trained.

What You’ll Bring

Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.

Over 10 years managing Accounts Payable functions.

Experience with Concur preferred.

Experience managing remote and in-house staff.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 ERP preferred.
