Practice Management Associate – Wealth Management
Location: Bellevue, WA (In-Office) Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000 base salary + bonus opportunities Our client, a boutique wealth management firm, is seeking a Practice Management Associate to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional service to clients. The Practice Management Associate will manage the firm's operations processes and report directly to and work closely with the firm's partners. This role is ideal for an experienced, proactive wealth management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values structure and is eager to refine workflows and processes. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a workflow specialist, developing, implementing, and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure scalable systems for the firm. Implement the roadmap that has been created and manage accountability to priorities and action items. Leverage Redtail CRM to streamline operations, track client interactions, and maintain compliance. Conduct research and due diligence (R&D) on investment-related topics and operational best practices. Oversee quality control, ensuring all client transactions and documentation meet regulatory and internal standards. Collaborate with advisors and support staff to fine-tune business operations and improve client experience. Utilize technology to enhance efficiency and automate processes where possible. Qualifications: 5+ years of industry experience is required (wealth management, financial services, or a similar field) in operations and client service. Proficiency in Redtail CRM or similar financial industry CRMs. Deep experience in operations, client service, and workflow management within wealth management. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to proactively identify areas for improvement. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools quickly. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Why Join?
