CALL LEADS TO MAKE SALES, TAX PREPARATION, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE (You must have experience in these areas.) Job Summary
Tax Preparation, Customer Service, Markets and sells products or services to established clients. General Accountabilities
Markets and sells the company's products or services. Projects a warm, inviting, and trustworthy image on the phone. Prepares bids and quotes. Answers customer inquiries. Researches new product requests and writes orders. Negotiates pricing and availability with vendors. Serves as a liaison between outside sales and customer service departments. Tracks and prepares reports on daily, weekly, and monthly leads and sales. *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Prepares federal, state, or local tax returns for individuals, business establishments, or other organizations. Examines accounts and records and computes taxes owed according to prescribed rates, laws, and regulations. Completes forms for tax refunds. Advises management regarding the effects of business activities on taxes and strategies for minimizing tax liability. Ensures that the organization complies with taxing authority requirements. Represents the organization before taxing authorities. Organizes and maintains tax records and conducts tax studies and special projects. Provides tax advice. Job Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in business with a strong focus on accounting, business administration, marketing, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have sales and tax preparation experience, Drake Tax Software. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other related computer software. Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion, negotiation, service orientation, social perceptiveness, active listening skills. Company Description
