What You’ll Do As a Global Finance Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, supporting and playing a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the TempRite business. You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to deliver sustainable solutions that advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you’ll partner directly with the Business Unit Vice President, providing strategic financial insights and leading the execution of business plans.
Act as a strategic business partner to the Vice President of TempRite, contributing to cross-functional leadership and shaping long-term business strategy.
Deliver clear, actionable financial insights by analyzing and communicating business performance, identifying key variances, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Own and manage the full P&L for the TempRite business unit, with accountability for financial performance and strategic decision-making.
Lead global forecasting efforts, integrating data from operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive accurate, forward-looking P&L projections.
Drive strategic planning by aligning financial goals with business objectives, participating in high-level planning sessions, and offering insights beyond the numbers.
Optimize working capital and support decisions that enhance free cash flow and overall financial health of the business.
Support business development initiatives, including capital investments, M&A opportunities, and strategic partnerships, through robust financial modeling and analysis.
Collaborate with commercial teams on pricing strategies, sales proposals, and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.
Partner with leadership to develop investment metrics and support innovation through data-driven decision-making.
Oversee the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning, ensuring alignment with business strategy and corporate goals.
Serve as a key liaison with segment and corporate finance teams to support reporting, compliance, and executive-level business reviews.
Champion special projects that drive transformation, efficiency, and growth across the organization.
Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally to support global operations and team engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience with full P&L ownership and accountability
Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of financial principles and accounting
Minimum 7 years of experience in varied financial and analytical roles
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a drive to achieve results
Experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Willingness and ability to travel as required
What Will Put You Ahead
CPA and/or MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Experience with SAP
Background in acquisitions, including strategic planning, financial modeling, due diligence, and integration
Prior experience leading global or cross-functional finance team
