The key responsibilities of this role include: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our unique platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products. Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs. Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Sales Reporting: Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus. Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one. Compensation:
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Annual Bonus and Commission. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the clients sale. We offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive training, and continuous professional development in a supportive team environment.
