Our client, a premiere international law firm, is seeking a

Human Resources Assistant

to join the team on a

Temp-to-Perm

basis. The position is

hybrid

and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in

New Haven, Connecticut. Job Details

Provide administrative support to the HR team Assist with new hire orientations Manage confidential employee data in HRIS Create and edit documents and data in Microsoft Word and Excel Act as point person for HR inquiries Process invoices and prepare expense reports Assist with annual compliance reporting Coordinate departmental events Pay Rate: $25 per hour Time Commitment: Full time, temp-to-perm Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required 0-2 years’ Human Resources experience Detail oriented and highly organized Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Suite Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
