Your Role As a Sales Consultant in Spirits, you’ll focus on helping distilleries, brand owners, and producers bring their vision to life through exceptional packaging. You will: Develop new business opportunities with both established brands and craft distilleries. Act as a trusted partner—consulting on packaging design, functionality, and market trends to help customers stand out. Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to deliver innovative, value-added solutions. Guide customers from initial concept through final product delivery, ensuring an unmatched experience. Build long-term relationships that fuel growth—for your customers, and for your own career. Your Background & Experience Proven success in sales, preferably within the spirits, beverage, or CPG industry Passion for the spirits market, with an understanding of trends, consumer preferences, and brand differentiation Strong business development skills and a sense of urgency to achieve results Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills Experience using CRM tools to run accounts and pipeline Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint How We’ll Support You We’ll provide the tools, training, and resources you need to succeed in this exciting industry.
