We are an inclusive team of unique individuals who show up each day with a grateful spirit, humble heart, and a genuine respect for one another.A golf course maintenance assistant mechanic performs mechanical tasks under the direction of the head mechanic, including repairing and maintaining mowing equipment, utility vehicles, and other golf course machinery, performing preventative maintenance like oil changes and blade sharpening, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic issues, and maintaining records and parts inventory. This role requires mechanical knowledge, ability to operate tools, physical fitness for lifting and standing, and a valid driver's license.Key Responsibilities* **Equipment Repair:**
Diagnose, repair, and maintain various golf course equipment, including mowers, tractors, and utility vehicles.* **Preventative Maintenance:**
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, greasing, air filter replacement, and blade sharpening to prevent breakdowns.* **Troubleshooting:**
Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment.* **Record Keeping:**
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.* **Parts Management:**
Assist with ordering and managing replacement parts and supplies for equipment.* **Safety and Operations:**
Follow safety protocols, maintain a safe work environment, and operate all equipment safely and proficiently.* **Collaboration:**
