Job Summary
This position is responsible for assisting process leaders and process stewards in planning, defining, developing, testing, documenting, analyzing results, and implementing process improvement and reengineering opportunities. It provides guidance and support for business process activities and methods to super process leaders and stewards. The role involves supporting team activities, deliverables, issue resolution, data collection, metric definition and analysis, root cause analysis, and the development of HCSC's business process management methodology. Additionally, the role includes identifying best practices, standards, guidelines, procedures, and tools for analyzing, designing, and implementing Business Process initiatives. Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of business experience. 3 years experience in process improvement and developing business metrics. 3 years experience in a healthcare role involving judgment and analytical skills. Experience in leading, developing, or managing employees. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with all organizational levels, leading projects, and resolving problems. Experience facilitating group meetings, including representing the company with external customers. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes. Strong analytical and organizational skills, including meeting deadlines. This role is remote. Preferred Job Qualifications:
Experience in Quality Improvement. Experience working with project management methodologies. Experience with quality improvement programs such as TQM or Six Sigma. Ability to travel.
