Revenue Manager

Our client, a venture-backed technology start-up on the Peninsula, is looking to hire a Revenue Manager who will report to the Controller and build out the operational and technical revenue team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own the full QTC revenue process, ensuring accurate billing and revenue recognition Own ASC 606 and advise on revenue accounting implications for new products and strategies Implement ERP system with a focus on automations related to revenue Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, RevOps, and FP&A to support operational and strategic initiatives. Review sales orders, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards. Own relevant portions of the annual external audit BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE: 4+ years of experience in revenue accounting or audit within technology companies Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606 and SaaS Strong attention to detail and organizational skills CPA and Big 4 preferred, not required We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 and benefits including medical insurance, vision insurance, paid maternity leave, paid paternity leave, and disability insurance.
