Base pay range: $40,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr. Typical training salary is $55k - $65k. Through base pay, bonuses, and uncapped commissions, typical total first-year compensation ranges from $55k - $75k. Potential for top performers to earn over $100k in their first year. Responsibilities
Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community to drive sales. Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide solutions with Auto, Home, Life products from top national and regional carriers. Work with sales support and leverage leads to close deals, including earning commission for leads even if other team members close the deals. Complete training and licensing as required (licensing training included). Qualifications
Preferred Experience: Previous employment in a sales role where you have turned prospects into customers. Required Skills: Effective written and oral communication, persuasive negotiation, strong interpersonal skills, time management and organizational abilities, ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines, and ability to find, build and grow leads and customer base. Licenses: A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training and support—in Property & Casualty, and Life. What Comparion Insurance Agents enjoy
