Financial Services Operations Representative I, II and III (GIDS Core Processing) Locations: Hybrid | Braintree, MA & Kansas City, MO Remote: Georgia, Florida, Kansas, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia Remote/Hybrid Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 7pm EST, with initial 8am – 5pm EST schedule. Training: first 4-6 weeks Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm EST with mandatory attendance. Attendance during the first 90 days is essential for training and onboarding.

Role Overview As a Financial Services Operations Representative, you will provide transaction-processing services with a service‑oriented approach for Mutual Fund clients. You will work as part of a team to provide proactive and innovative solutions with high attention to detail and accuracy. This role is primarily operational but offers opportunities to interact with account holders via outbound phone calls while researching and resolving open items.

What You Will Be Doing

Process daily account activities to provide excellent service to customers. Execute service requests including purchases, redemptions, transfers, exchanges and account maintenance after formal training. Meet and surpass quality and productivity objectives. Review transactions for quality, ensuring accuracy and escalating concerns as needed. Collaborate within a virtual environment to build strong relationships internally & externally. Communicate with advisors, shareholders and clients over the phone to resolve complex issues or clarify requests. Maintain a working knowledge of relevant account and industry trends. Coordinate and participate in special projects as assigned. Reps II and III will review and ensure accuracy of work entered, provide coaching and recommend procedural changes.

High School Diploma or equivalent; 1‑year work experience. Preference for prior financial services experience, specifically operations transaction processing or phone related experience. 1‑2 years business experience in customer support, customer service, or transfer agency roles required for Rep. II & III.

Required Minimum Workspace and Internet Specifications

Reliable high‑speed internet connection with minimal service interruptions. Minimum download speed of 70‑100MB/s and upload speed of 20MB/s. Dedicated, quiet home workspace that allows training and work without distractions or background noise.
