Bachelor’s degree required Certified General Appraiser license and MAI designation Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint) Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL Cushman & Wakefield offers eligible employees a variety of benefits, including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid leave. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and other factors, with a typical annual earning potential of $100,000 to $150,000.
