Overview
We’re looking for a Leasing Agent to help fill our apartment units with high-quality residents who love where they live. Based at one of our multifamily communities in Houston, this role is all about creating great first impressions, building real connections, and moving quickly to match the right people with the right homes. You’ll spend your days interacting with prospective renters — answering calls, texts, and emails, coordinating tours, and walking them through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. This role requires someone who can sell with confidence, stay organized, and represent our brand with professionalism and hospitality. You’ll play a key role in supporting occupancy goals and bringing our mission to life at the property level. Responsibilities
Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts Qualifications
Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher Past sales experience is preferred Compensation
$19 - $23.50 hourly
