Description: Treasury Management Sales Associate I The Treasury Management Sales Associate I (TMSA I) role involves sales and support of Treasury Management products to both external and internal clients. The role includes assisting clients with routine sales inquiries and preparing proposals. Success requires high customer service standards, attention to detail, timeliness, and accurate documentation. Position Competencies Successful candidates possess strong written and verbal communication skills, sales and relationship management abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational and time management skills, and adaptability to process, technology, and industry changes. Position Responsibilities Sales Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals. Participate in client calls with TM Sales Officers. Identify sales opportunities through needs assessments, campaigns, prospecting, and reviewing account analysis statements and marketing lists. Prepare and execute sales plans with TMSO. Cross-sell and up-sell TM Solutions to existing customers. Collaborate with TM Sales Officers and Relationship Managers to understand client business environments, strategies, and industries to identify requirements and opportunities. Prepare annual client relationship account analyses and review account statements for additional sales opportunities. Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations for clients. Utilize industry research tools and benchmarking to identify sales opportunities. Sales Support Prepare and respond to Requests for Proposals. Create proposals, presentations, and cost-benefit analyses. Generate proformas and interpret competitor account analysis statements for product and pricing recommendations. Manage special pricing approvals and work with relevant teams to prepare necessary documentation. Oversee the implementation process for new business, ensuring all legal and audit requirements are met. Address client issues, engage business partners, and communicate effectively. Identify and mitigate risks related to TM products, including cyber, product, and operational risks. Projects Identify and implement operational process improvements. Participate in projects that impact TM Sales, representing customer interests. Assist in planning client and industry events such as AFP, TEXPO, and others. Perform other assigned projects.
