They are responsible for processing accounts payable, backflushing materials, completing certificates of origin, and assisting with month-end close. May be asked to assist with other reporting requirements as needed. Job Responsibilities

Process accounts payable invoices including entering and check run Coordinate approvals of invoices based on predefined approval matrix Process Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin paperwork for shipped units Backflush materials from Bill of Materials through Accounting System and Baysheets Process Mail Data entry and invoice setup for new contracts Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Associate’s degree preferred in Accounting or Finance Accounts Payable experience required 10 Key experience required Data Entry experience required Strong reading comprehension and grammar skills Education and Other Requirements
