Overview
We\'ve partnered with our client in North Andover, MA who is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to join its team. This is a long-term temp-to-hire position with a 3 days onsite (hybrid). Responsibilities
Calculate and verify commission payments for our sales agents, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Collect, clean, and organize large sets of financial data for reporting and analysis.
Compare data across systems to ensure reports are complete and accurate. Investigate and resolve any inconsistencies.
Review and validate commission calculations to make sure they follow company policies. Work with finance and sales teams on any changes or updates.
Use data to provide insights and recommendations that help leadership make informed financial decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Accounting, or similar Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) Strong experience with ERP systems
Strong analytical skills, especially with financial data
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
