Responsibilities
Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and use the Customer Care Sales Model Continuously prospect for sales opportunities Collect premiums from policyholders according to a pre-arranged schedule Respond promptly to policyholder service requests (beneficiary changes, claims, loans, etc.) Keep records accurately, account for money collected, and process paperwork

Increase the agency size Build strong working relationships with customers Dedicate the time necessary to fulfill responsibilities Pursue ongoing development of knowledge and skills
Minimum Qualifications
Customer service experience Ability to visit customers and prospects door-to-door Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver’s license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage Dependable vehicle for daily travel Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report check, and drug screening Authorized to work in the United States
Preparation
Licensing: Assistance and guidance for licensing exams Basic Training: Development program including self-study, classroom time, role-play, and extensive fieldwork On-the-job training: Earn a paycheck while learning the profession
