Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Specialist – Los Angeles, CA. Full-time, hourly, non-exempt, 40 hours/week. Division: Ticketmaster North America. Line Manager: Sr. Director, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Base pay range: $21.15/hr - $26.44/hr. What You Will Do

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities Prepare and distribute customer AR invoices for various products and services. Collaborate with AR staff to resolve billing issues affecting collectability. Maintain invoice documentation for audit and review. Respond to inquiries related to AR invoices from internal and external clients. Document and update desk procedures for process changes. Assist the AR Supervisor with ad hoc projects and reporting. Accounts Payable Responsibilities Enter vendor invoices in Inspyrus/Oracle AP with approvals and SOX compliance. Reconcile and maintain major vendor accounts. Maintain up-to-date vendor files in Oracle AP. Process vendor invoices with PO and Goods Receipt support as needed. Set up new vendors in Oracle (W-9, vendor documentation, banking info). Handle invoices related to Intercompany billing. Support the AP Director/AP Supervisor with ad hoc projects and reporting. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; Accounting/Finance concentration preferred, or equivalent work experience. 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Oracle Financials ERP system. Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and highly organized. Ability to adapt work schedule to meet payment and reporting deadlines. Behavioral Skills
