Responsibilities:

Determine cash flow, income, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets, and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives.

Serve as a trusted advisor for new clients acquired through proactive measures to seek, identify, and establish prospects.

Embrace the role of a structured yet coachable team player open to continued education and training from other team members.

Make strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations and financial advice to help clients reach their monetary goals.

Create customized financial plans for each client based on their life stage, professional circumstances, and fluctuating financial needs.

What You'll Do:

Build relationships with potential clients and understand their financial needs.

Present and explain products and solutions.

Guide clients through the application and policy issuance process.

Provide ongoing support and service to clients.

Attend training and development sessions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

Valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 licenses are a plus but not required.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other business or money management tools is desired.

Basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or consultant and an interest in financial products.

Superior communication, relationship-building, and math skills.
