Job Summary

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented student leader interested in gaining hands-on experience in higher education, project management, and stakeholder engagement. In this role, you\'ll contribute meaningfully to UWG\'s philanthropic mission and receive mentorship from experienced professionals, including UWG alumni from all career paths. Applicants should demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and an interest in marketing, communications, data analysis, project coordination, or higher education. This position is ideal for students pursuing careers in development, marketing, sales, analytics, higher education or institutional leadership—and looking to graduate with professional experience that sets them apart. Responsibilities

Supervising, scheduling, and motivating a team of 2 Student Engagement Officers. Outreach and solicitations to alumni and friends of UWG -- 65% Organizing, interpreting, and analyzing giving data using spreadsheets -- 10% Assisting with Annual Giving projects and events (ex. helping the AG team prepare for A Day, Spring Crowdfunding) -- 15% Collaboration with the Annual Giving Team with drafting and preparing calling scripts -- 5% Mandatory Compliance Training, Job Training and any other Professional Development -- 5% Qualifications

Required Qualifications Be fully admitted to a graduate degree program at UWG. Please note: Students admitted provisionally are not eligible for assistantship positions. Hold a Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited institution. Be enrolled full-time in a UWG graduate program during the assistantship period. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in all previous and current graduate coursework. Meet eligibility requirements for employment in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Supervisory / Management experience preferred Call center experience preferred Fundraising/Event experience preferred A relevant bachelors degree from an accredited university.
