Continuously enhance your skill set through ongoing professional development and collaborative experiences to ensure success as a business owner. Qualifications / Qualities
Reliability, integrity, and a commitment to ethical practices. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships. Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous growth as a business owner and leader. Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment. 3-4 years of POSTGRADUATE career experience (required). Experience building meaningful relationships and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles. Desire for continuous learning. Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship. Compensation and commission structure to support early development. Bonus programs and expense allowances. Support for insurance licensing, SIE, Series 6, Series 63, Series 7, CFP and more.
