Senior Collections Associate (B2B) - Cincinnati (Hybrid) As Worldpay continues to expand, so does our need for a highly skilled Senior Collection Associate. Success in the payments processing industry demands a knowledgeable and agile team capable of managing accounts while delivering outstanding customer service. Our associates operate within departmental, investor, and legal guidelines to help achieve key company objectives.

Hybrid Location

This is a hybrid position in our Cincinnati Office: Two Days Onsite, Three Days Remote.

What You’ll Own As a Senior Collections Associate

Utilize customer service skills to effectively manage and resolve delinquent customer accounts through skip‑tracing, written correspondence, inbound/outbound phone contact, and making arrangements for payment.

Monitor the aging of customer receivables and take corrective action to resolve open accounts receivable balances on a timely basis.

Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing/settlement.

Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress, ensuring the processing of payments and accurate documentation in the appropriate reports.

Support other accounting positions as the need arises.

Work independently and manage a workload that contains time‑sensitive tasks, effectively prioritizing problems while contributing to overall team goal achievement.

Update customer files to ensure data integrity.

What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated customer service skills with a minimum of 2 years of call center experience, ensuring high‑quality support and resolution for client inquiries.

High school diploma or GED required.

Business‑to‑business (B2B) experience desired.

Technical skills including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Billing/Collections software preferred.

Bonus If You Have

Great verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a persuasive and professional manner.

Intermediate computer navigation and operation skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Previous experience in collections is preferred.
