This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel Program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. What You’ll Get To Do
This Program Control Analyst position will, under general direction, interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements. Candidate will have experience with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts and be able to apply them to multiple contracts for control accounts within an engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT). Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks include establishment of Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled, assessment and maintenance of objective performance criteria, maintenance and justifications of estimates to complete, and support to internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis. This includes budget baseline, funding analysis, cost risk analysis/assessment and visibility reports, preparation of government cost performance reports and preparation and/or review of performance measurement variance analysis as well as development and analysis of estimates to complete. This is a fast-paced high energy environment that requires a self-motivated employee to join the team. Responsibilities
Support the development of budget baselines and maintain cost/schedule integration. Support preparation of budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC; perform and/or assist in financial performance analyses and visibility reporting. Assist in the preparation and submittal of monthly CDRLs such as IPMR. Support variance analysis reports. Facilitate and support program monthly rhythm process, incorporate baseline changes into EVM system while utilizing Cobra, SAP, and MS Excel/PowerPoint. Position Benefits

You’ll Bring These Qualifications: Principal Program Control Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related and 5 years of related experience in financial analysis or Master’s Degree with 3 years related experience, or PhD with 1 year related experience. 9 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Sr Principal Program Control Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related and 8 years of related experience in financial analysis or Master’s Degree with 6 years related experience, or PhD with 4 years related experience, or 12 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Required For Both Levels Must be willing to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company to meet its business need 3+ years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience. Aerospace/Defense Industry experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Nice To Have Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling #Sentinelbusmgmt Salary ranges: Primary Level $78,700 - $118,100; Secondary Level $98,100 - $147,100. The salary ranges are guidelines and may reflect factors such as responsibilities, experience, and market conditions. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply where eligible.
