Role Overview As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will start with a book of existing business and have the opportunity to grow your portfolio through your efforts and dedication. You will undergo paid license preparation and training. Our focus is on serving modest-income families through personal visits, premium collection, and customer service.
Responsibilities
Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and utilize our Customer Care Sales Model.
Prospect for new sales opportunities continuously.
Collect premiums from policyholders as scheduled.
Respond promptly to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
Maintain accurate records, handle money, and process paperwork.
Agent Expectations
Grow the agency size.
Build strong relationships with customers.
Devote necessary time to fulfill responsibilities.
Engage in ongoing learning and development.
Minimum Qualifications
Customer service experience.
Ability to visit customers door-to-door.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage.
Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug checks.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preparation and Training
Assistance with licensing exams.
Basic development program including self-study, classroom, role-play, and fieldwork.
On-the-job training with earning potential.
