Our Client Advisory Services (CAS) team delivers strategic insights and operational support to businesses across various industries, helping them optimize financial performance and achieve long-term success. Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Associate to support our CAS team in delivering high-quality accounting services to our clients. This role requires strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a client-focused approach. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and process improvements. Salary:
$40,000–$50,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Location:
Local candidates preferred. Key Responsibilities: Technical & Professional Expertise: • Assist in managing multiple CAS client engagements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion. • Stay up to date on regulatory and industry changes, supporting clients with informed guidance. • Apply analytical skills to identify process improvements and assist in developing tailored client solutions. • Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks and Bill.com, to streamline financial operations and reporting. • Support the resolution of bookkeeping challenges and discrepancies. • Apply knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and fundamental accounting principles. • Use accounting software and automation tools to enhance client service and improve workflow efficiency. • Identify opportunities to implement technology-driven solutions for clients. Client Relations & Communication: • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for clients. • Communicate effectively with clients to address questions and support their financial needs. • Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships. • Work closely with CAS Supervisors and Managers to execute client engagements. • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements. • Seek opportunities for professional development and growth. Qualifications & Requirements: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a client-service environment. • Familiarity with accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant industry regulations. • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Bill.com. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
