Work Schedule & Location
HYBRID work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Office moving to Owings Mills, MD in Fall 2025

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
Develop financial models and provide insights to leadership
Assist with ROI evaluations and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams
Handle ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
1–4 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Advanced Excel skills; SQL/Power BI familiarity a plus
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills
