Responsibilities

Process payments with robust controls, including preparation of payment lists, payment vouchers, and supplier reconciliations. Monitor accounts receivable aging closely; prepare and circulate weekly AR reports to internal consultants and follow up to ensure timely collections. Handle monthly payroll and perform sales reconciliations. Prepare monthly sales reports and dashboards as needed. Prepare monthly finance reports and variance analyses. Prepare and file quarterly GST submissions. Manage the full set of accounts for the Thailand entity. Coordinate with the Thailand tax agent for monthly reporting and tax submissions. Continuously improve processes, procedures, and internal controls. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA or equivalent is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), corporate tax, and GST regulations. Familiarity with accounting and tax rules across SEA countries. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Fast learner with strong initiative; able to work independently and collaborate effectively. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Meticulous with high attention to detail and numeracy. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Benefits
