Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Graduate from our Agent Launch - If you show up, we show up! We have a dialed-in 86-day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market as well as connect you with agents across the United States & Canada that will be going through training WITH you!
The average agent closes (or pending) 3.4 transactions during this time, seasoned agents average 9.3.
Work with buyers to find them the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted! Be a student of the game while you master our proven buyer's presentation & offer system.
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria.
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
Work with sellers to go on listing appointments, convert and market the home.
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments & convert. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say/do each day!
Conduct three open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance.
Participate in team activities per team standards, including client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking, and social media.
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training, and partner calls.
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
Qualifications You are a motivated Realtor, hungry for success and willing to learn. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones! Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator. You have a desire to grow both personally & professionally. You want to give back to your community & make an impact.
