Overview
Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Officer to join the team of this upscale hotel. This role aims to ensure the safety and tranquil stay of hotel guests and employees, enforce hotel policies and procedures, and document assigned tasks in writing. Prepare incident and accident reports accurately in the format specified by the Director of Loss Prevention.
The property is a 605-room convention center hotel located in downtown Oklahoma City, with on-site dining, spa, fitness center, rooftop pool and event space, and adjoining venues including the Paycom Center, Oklahoma Convention Center and Scissortail Park.
Responsibilities
Observe and report on all assignments.
Keep accurate records and communicate using radio equipment.
Record and report any unsafe conditions while patrolling hotel property.
Protect and preserve hotel, guest, and employee property.
Maintain professional attitude and appearance.
Qualifications
Previous security experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Red Cross and First Aid certified strongly preferred.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
Ability to bend, reach and lift 50 lbs; stand and/or walk for the entirety of the shift.
Ability to retain confidential information and remain professional at all times.
Must live within 50 miles of the hotel.
