Respond to and follow up with

company-provided buyer and seller leads Build relationships and guide clients through every stage of the real estate process Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations Write and negotiate purchase agreements and listing contracts Maintain consistent communication and provide exceptional service from first contact to close Stay organized using advanced outreach and follow-up systems Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing coaching and training Represent the Gerard Realty Group and Engel & Völkers brand with professionalism and care Qualifications

Active Missouri real estate license

(or currently enrolled in licensing coursework) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and highly coachable Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed Professional appearance and positive attitude Tech-savvy and organized — able to manage follow-ups and CRM tasks Willing to follow a proven system and take consistent action About Engel & Voelkers St Louis
