R138493**Job Description:**The Overheads Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring delivery of business commitments through optimized and efficient operations. The candidate will be a critical business partner to our functional teams, ensuring overheads needs are well defined and fit within the overall business framework.Success in this position requires a demonstrated ability to deliver financial insights and the fortitude to translate them into actionable strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency. The candidate will need to balance attention-to-detail with big-picture thinking and have the ability to interact and influence members of the senior leadership team.## ## **Job Responsibilities:*** Manage resource allocation through the deployment of annual overheads budgets that are consistent with the needs of the business. Ensure alignment with the functional SVP and team leaders.* Perform period-end close including review and oversight of journal entries and related balance sheet account reconciliations. Work with regional and global teams to ensure accuracy.* As year progresses, take leadership role in working with business partners to capture changes via the forecasting process. Take mutual ownership and accountability in delivering business commitments.* Develop action-based reporting to ensure business partners fully understand contribution to overheads commitment.
