Heavy Duty Parts Counter Specialist

Assist service technicians and customers in identifying and locating heavy-duty commercial truck parts. Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts. Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and stockroom. Provide exceptional customer service and technical support. Use parts catalogs and computer systems to look up and order parts. Qualifications:
Proven experience working with heavy-duty commercial truck parts is a must. Strong knowledge of various truck components and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency with parts management software and computer systems. Position Details:
