None Position Summary
We are hiring a
Medical Billing Manager
to oversee billing and collections operations. This role manages staff, ensures accurate and timely insurance billing, monitors accounts receivable, and drives compliance with healthcare billing regulations. Responsibilities
Supervise the billing and collections team; oversee daily operations Manage accounts receivable and patient claim submissions Ensure accuracy in coding, billing, and collections processes Resolve denials, rejections, and outstanding balances Monitor compliance with CPT codes, regulations, and payer requirements Recommend and implement process improvements Maintain ethical standards in collections and patient communication Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred (GED minimum required) 5–10 years of medical billing experience 1+ year supervisory/leadership experience Knowledge of EHR (Athena preferred), Microsoft Office, MS Teams Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What We Offer
