ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Financial Services Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Alex Thigpin - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses (pre-licensed applicants preferred). Proven experience working in financial services / investment planning preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong mathematical skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
