LHH is seeking an experienced
Controller
for a mission-driven nonprofit organization. This leadership role oversees all aspects of financial management, reporting, compliance, and team supervision. The Controller will drive process improvements, ensure GAAP compliance, and support strategic decision-making alongside senior leadership. This role is hybrid. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial reporting, audits, and tax filings Oversee accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, revenue recognition Strengthen internal controls and optimize financial systems Supervise and develop accounting team Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and grant reporting Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA Proficiency in accounting software and Excel Proven leadership and strategic thinking skills Apply Now: Submit your resume to anca.biancucci@lhh.com.
