We are looking for an Affordable Housing Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for our properties. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform onsite leasing activities, including showing, qualifying, and signing leases with prospective residents. Maintain accurate leasing paperwork, conduct lease audits, and handle turn‑around processes. Respond to prospect leads within 24 hours and utilize sales and marketing strategies to drive property traffic. Execute administrative tasks as needed and manage resident complaints and requests to ensure resident satisfaction. Assist in the development and implementation of resident retention programs and community outreach initiatives. Maintain thorough knowledge of property features, competition, and market conditions; submit weekly market survey reports. Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and present a favorable image of the community. Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills and understanding of on‑site software functions. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Physical Requirements
Require repeated motions of wrists and fingers; ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and scaffolding. Occasional lifting of objects up to 25 lbs., operation of machinery, and work in extreme temperatures or hazardous chemical environments. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and night hours as emergencies arise. Salary Range
$20 per hour to $25 per hour Benefits
