Job Overview
FSR+ Field Coach at MSX will independently support the implementation of Ford’s online service scheduler (FSR+) within dealer networks. The role focuses on installing the tool, training end users, and maximizing adoption and utilization. What You’ll Do
Efficiently plan and execute travel to maximize effectiveness within your assigned territory. Confidently communicate FSR+ objectives, build relationships with dealer base, and explain software‑based situations to any audience. Listen to customer feedback, analyze data, and establish clear action plans to increase FSR+ tool efficiency and utilization. Leverage Remote Experience tools in conjunction with FSR+ to build a strong, committed dealer base. Build and maintain relationships with the Ford CX field team to deliver a unified message regarding FSR+. Qualifications
Permanent residence within your territory. A reliable vehicle. Ability to travel up to 80% (including flights and overnight travel). Knowledge of Dealership Operations. Experience analyzing data and building action plans. Comfortable with technology. Teaching mindset, always asking “how can we make this better.” 2+ years of Customer Experience. College degree or currently working toward a degree. Previous experience as a teacher, educator, or trainer. Organized and progressive mindset. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, autonomous workspace. Benefits
