$20.00/hr - $28.00/hr What you\'ll do
Assist management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and training on processes and procedures. Provide direction and guidance on member service approaches to resolve member complaints and issues per company guidelines; support Open Door Policy; participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Communicate information on membership, processes for memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encourage renewals; participate in sales and marketing events; complete marketing recaps and required documentation; strive to meet membership goals; promote value of Sam\'s Club products and services. Ensure member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and supporting self-service technology; assist with transactions at registers or self-checkout; ensure club pickup orders are filled. Oversee area by handling claims and returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, identifying shrink/damages, maintaining carts/flatbeds, assisting members with transporting items, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness. Comply with accounting procedures: maintain records, process funds for registers, prepare deposits, investigate overages/shortages, and protect financial and personal information. Develop and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; analyze information, monitor progress, and address improvement opportunities. Model and enforce ethics and integrity; explain policies; support Open Door Policy; assist management in addressing ethical and compliance issues. Lead and participate in teams by allocating resources, determining customer needs, coordinating work, giving feedback, and helping others adapt to change. Benefits
