Assist management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes and procedures, providing direction on member service approaches, ensuring issues are resolved according to company guidelines, and supporting Open Door Policy; participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Communicate and support membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members; process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encourage renewals; participate in sales and marketing events; complete and maintain marketing recaps and required documentation; strive to meet membership goals; promote the value of Sam\'s Club products and services. Provide and ensure member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assist members with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; guide and support members regarding self-service technology; assist with transactions at registers or self-checkout; ensure club pick-up orders are filled. Oversee the assigned area by handling claims and returns; zone the area; organize merchandise; identify shrink and damages; maintain availability of carts/flatbeds; assist members with transporting items; utilize cart retrieval equipment per policy; maintain parking lot cleanliness. Complete accounting records and related documentation by following procedures; provide funds for proper register operation; create and interpret financial reports; assist with accounting investigations; prepare daily deposits; oversee cash fund transfers; investigate overages/shortages; maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and personal information. Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; analyze information from multiple sources; monitor progress and results; identify and address improvement opportunities. Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics; explain and apply these in business processes; use Open Door Policy; assist management in addressing ethical and compliance issues. Lead and participate in teams by coordinating work, determining customer needs and priorities, providing advice and feedback, and modeling adaptability to change; share resources and tools to achieve timelines and work quality. Minimum and Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) and 6 months customer service experience Must be 18 years of age or older Preferred Qualifications Leading a front-end team; supervisory experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload Location
